The Redefine Your Possible Teams (RYP) are a collective group of running and triathlon training teams. The RYP team provides training plans, workouts, clinics and more all geared towards a goal race!

Endurance House Delafield has an experienced and caring coaching staff that is available to help you redefine your possibilities and reach your goals!

Run Team is great for those with specific run distance goals and includes a training plan. This is perfect for those who like to run with others, explore new routes, and make new friends while staying healthy.

Beginning walking and running program designed to build a solid foundation for your best life.  We will be learning the foundations and principles of running and walking to help you make this new lifestyle enjoyable and comfortable.

Cyclocross is a very specific type of bike racing. For the most part, the course is off-road but there are sometimes portions of pavement included in the course. You can expect to encounter grass, dirt, mud, gravel, sand, and a whole slew of other challenges!

Endurance House offers a full program in-season and off-season training to build and maintain your biking skills and fitness!

Through our association with the Marquette University Human Performance Assessment Core, Endurance House Delafield offers a complete array of performance testing.
